Pricing FAQ
Are prices VAT-inclusive?
The headline price shown on plan cards includes VAT (20% included). The calculator shows VAT-included and VAT-excluded amounts separately. On your invoice VAT is itemized as a separate line.
How is payment handled when I choose the annual plan?
When you choose the annual plan, the full 12-month amount is charged upfront in one go (e.g. 50 students × 29 ₺ × 12 months = 17.400 ₺ + VAT = 20.880 ₺). You can split this into up to 12 card installments — it feels like paying monthly while still getting the annual upfront discount. No new base invoice is issued for the next 12 months.
What happens if I add students after going annual?
You paid annually upfront, but added 2 new students mid-year. The system detects this automatically and bills only the pro-rated remaining months. Example: with 9 months left, 2 students × 29 ₺ × 9 months = 522 ₺ (VAT excl.) supplemental invoice. Removed students are not refunded mid-year (the next renewal is recalculated with the lower count). This is the industry standard approach (Stripe / Salesforce model).
Monthly vs. Annual — which should I choose?
Monthly: more flexible, separate invoice each month, cancel any month. Ideal for new or small kindergartens. Annual upfront: ~12% lower per-unit price, up to 12 card installments, less accounting work (1 invoice per year). If your kindergarten's growth is predictable and cash flow allows, annual upfront is more cost-effective.
Is there a minimum student requirement?
No. You are billed for exactly your active students — there is no minimum.
What if my student count changes mid-month?
The system bills based on your active student count at month end. If a student leaves and is marked inactive before the middle of the month, they are deducted from the bill.
Can I switch plans?
You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. Your data and settings are preserved; for upgrades the difference is calculated on a daily basis.
What's the advantage of annual payment?
With annual upfront payment the per-student price is 12% lower. You can switch from monthly to annual anytime.
What payment methods do you accept?
Credit/debit card (iyzico infrastructure), bank transfer or EFT. Invoices are sent automatically by email.
Can I cancel?
Monthly plans can be cancelled at any time and service continues until the end of the current month. On annual plans the remaining balance is refunded for future months.
